Appearance:
Color : Very deep purple in color, very, very dark.
Thickness : viscous

Nose:
Aromas : dark berries; cherries, blackberries, black currents; plum, oak, and hints of chocolate and coffee
Length : long finish that lingers lightly

Taste:
dry, full bodied, bold with lots of intensity, light on the tannins, very well balanced

Other Comments:
I really enjoyed this wine and no not just because it has my name in it's title. Aside from being absolutely delectable, I had it with thinly sliced ribeye steak dipped in seasame oil, salt, and pepper (it's a Korean thing; roast 구이). YUM! But any meat dish, especially off the grill, or even chocolates (preferably dark) would be really good.
